Matthew Mélone and his mum, Alison Mélone, attended a multiple-streams-of-income property course. Together with a team of professionals, they invest in properties, transforming them into beautiful, modern homes that stand out in the area.

How It Works?
We collaborate with private individuals to grow a relationship, which then enables us to fund purchases within HomeMelone’s portfolio.
These individuals receive a fixed-rate return on their investment in exchange for lending capital, which is protected via a legally drawn up, comprehensive loan agreement. Risk is mitigated through a combination of equity leveraged in the existing portfolio, a first charge over the property being purchased, and/or a personal guarantee.
Each purchase is assessed from multiple different angles and undergoes thorough risk analysis and stress-testing, to ensure the investment is sound, and can provide a solid investment opportunity. The company’s commitment to due diligence instills investor confidence and satisfaction resulting in repeat business.
The properties purchased are brought back to life with thorough renovation and refurbishment, upgrading and interior design. They are then either transformed into modern, well-equipped homes for long-term tenants, or sold on, often to first-time buyers.
